Strength, Balance, and New Beginnings

After giving birth, it can be challenging to reconnect with yourself and your body. In postnatal yoga, I create a safe space where you can gently bring your body back into balance.

The focus is on strengthening the abdominal muscles, balancing the back muscles, and providing targeted support for the pelvic floor. Physical exercises, breathing techniques, and relaxation promote your recovery and help you find your inner center again.

You will learn to practice self-care to gain the strength and balance needed for your everyday life as a mother — without forgetting yourself.
